The TakeoverForm is used to send a request to set the protection of the place found as "public/welcome" to whatever we like.

I could imagine several thousends of forms to do that. So it's to be understoood as a suggestion how the request could look alike.

The TakeoverCtrl assembles the request according to the form fields and sends it out. TODO? add more detailed explanations.
